How does it work?

We will work on your emotional responses so that you can create a healthier relationship with food. You will learn to manage the anxiety you feel about food and to reduce your feelings of hunger. We will examine your relationship to your body image and to your attitude and ability to exercise. You will feel empowered, you will feel you have choices, and you will feel free from the stress of heavy dieting. Your relationship to food will become lighter, and in the process, you will start loving your body and your amazing self.
How many sessions will I need?
I run the program with four sessions of one hour each, plus one initial free consultation. At the free initial consultation, we will discuss your background, history and current situation with weight loss. I will tailor the four sessions that follow to your specific needs based on the information obtained in the initial consultation. You will also receive material that will support your progress between sessions. I will structure the sessions so your mindset to food and exercise is transformed.
