Hypnotherapy to create positive life change
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that works on your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind stores a vast amount of your memories, feelings, experiences and learned behaviours. Amazingly enough we don’t have a conscious awareness of what our subconscious minds stores, yet our subconscious is responsible for up to 70% of our behaviour. Through hypnosis I will lead you to a very deep state of relaxation in which we can access the information stored in your subconscious mind. Once you became in touch with this information you can understand your feelings and behaviours at a much deeper level (e.g. the same behaviour that has kept you emotionally safe in the past might be completely hindering your current life). Also, through the power of suggestions I can help you reinforce your desired positive behaviours and emotions.
Inner Child Work for healing
Inner Child Work helps you to go to the core of your issues. Through counselling and/or hypnosis we can go back to those moments in which the issues were created. It is an excellent therapeutic tool to help you work out why you feel and think the way you do, it goes directly to the core of your issue. You will learn how to rescue your inner child and how to calm down the pain and discomfort developed in childhood experiences. This work will give your “adult self” permission to love and understand your wounds and who you are as a person, allowing you to make different choices and to feel relieve from the pain you might be currently experiencing.
Couples Counselling to achieve
deeper love and understanding
Couples counselling will allow you to explore the dysfunctional patterns of your relationship in a safe and non-judgemental environment. We will work on eliminating the blame that creates very heavy feelings between you and your partner, clearing in this way the emotional space in your relationship. You will learn communication techniques so both of your feelings can be heard, acknowledged and respected. The sessions will be tailored to the needs and profile of your relationship. The work will focus on exploring the wounds of both the masculine and the feminine, so you can both learn to love and understand each other again.
