"I have OCD which derived in insomnia for more than 15 years. When I started working with Lucia, I could barely sleep and in moments of stress, being more worried than usual, or being out of my control or confidence area, compulsions showed up stronger than they usually did, not being able to control my feelings or my thoughts. After all these time working with Lucia I have learned to sleep again, being able to sleep around 5-6 hours per night on average. Moreover, we have also worked on my OCD, trying to control compulsions, and cope with stress, worries and previous attitudes that I could not control and repeated constantly. Nowadays, I can say that most of my fears are under control, I can cope with situations I would have never imagined I could, and I feel better every day. I felt very relieved during and after the sessions because I could talk openly to her about everything. She has really helped me with my issues".
